Sausages and bean bake

MIO Recipe of the Week: Sausage and Bean Bake - Slice sausages in half lengthwise, then into ¼-inch pieces. In a cast iron skillet, lightly brown sausages until some of the fat begins to render. Add onions and green peppers; cook until softened, about 5 minutes. .
