Horse meat versus pok meat

Just say “neigh” to horse meat : Apropos of Something - Hypothetically, let's assume for a moment that you're spending a few weeks in Italy. I realize that many Europeans consider horse meat a delicacy, and I certainly have nothing against sampling the local cuisine. If this hypothetical American had simply remarked offhandedly that she wanted to try horse meat, that would have been one thing.
